CELIER Aviation is now building the aircraft from the kit form for its customers, does aircraft maintenance, aircraft painting, offers aircraft hangarage (reservation of spaces of our futur Baranow complex), has a large stock of parts, sells aircraft and is a specialist in the CA 912ULT our famous RST Rotax engine, for use in gyrocopters, aircrafts and helicopters. Most of these activities are described on this website, accessible through the menu on the top of this screen. Have a look, or better: drop by to discuss your requirements.

The sky “Ferrari” !!

- Economical cruise at 250 km/h for 20 l/h or 300 km/h for 25 l/h. MCR4ST
- " Cargo " plane by flipping down the rear bench, enough lengh to even sleep in the back…
- This is an unbeatable modern airplane in its category.

3 models available

MCR4ST (Turbo 135 hp) airplane class (PPL license), 4 seat, full equiped (see PDF)Max TOW 830 kg, 500 kg payload, long range tanks, and more…
This is a very special version we develop, in accordance with Dyn Aero, fitted with our advanced engine the famous CA912ULT, big power, big torque, beats flat out the Rotax 914, more quiet, more fuel economic (minus 4 liters), lighter by 4 kilos, does not rely on electronic systems but pneumatic ones.
Our MCR4ST is proposed in the Executive finish. With dual glass cockpit – 3D navigation, 3 axes auto-pilot fully coupled, ELT, VHF, transponder, back up instruments, Alcantara seats, Full carpetting and noise insulation, back seat foldable, luggage outside access door, strobes, HID landing lights, ergonomic joystick handles, and many more. See second PDF brochure.

MCR PC-100 (Pick Up Carbon 100 hp)
This the world only Ultralight directly coming from a four seat airplane. The MCR4S made a drastic chase to the weight to become a Cargo Ultralight 2 seat, with an empty weight of 270 kg (without parachute) !

It is equiped with electric flaps double slotted, fix or optional variable pitch propeller, optional ballistic parachute (Gallaxy), MGL or Dynon glass cockpit , radio, and optional transponder, this amazing MCR Pick-up stays with ease in the European Ultralight weight limits. The huge space available behind the seats offers the possibility to sleep 2 people or carry 2 standard bicycles… A must !

Our flag ship is the MCR PCT-135 (Pick Up Carbon Turbo-135 hp)
This is the ultimate ultralight plane. Amazing power from our now famous and reputable CA912ULT (RST) engine, based on the Rotax 912 fitted with a Mitsubishi turbo. Outstanding performances are then in your hands. This power to weight ratio with 280 kg empty (without parachute and options) and 440 Nm of torque driving a constant speed propeller, will let you reach a top speed of 330 km/h, economic cruise at 290 km/h, a climb rate of 1800 ft/mn, a roll take-off distance of 100 meters, a maximum altitude of 7 000 meters (21 000 ft). The range is impressive with 2×65 liters is 1885 km ! This will be yours with a simple ultralight license, and an appropriate and safe type rating training.

One word: Innovation, Commercial innovation:

Dyn’ Aéro is a leader in France on the market of kit sales.

Various kits (stiffeners for MCR fuselage, CR100 fuselage, MCR fuselage, Rotax 912 engine mount)

Technological innovation: Carbon spar.

the CR100 is the first French plane using a carbon spar.
Carbon structure.

The MCR has a primary carbon structure. The CR120 is entirely made of carbon covered wood

Noise reduction

The CR100 and the MCR are the first and the only planes built around an engine installation that has been designed with low noise in mind. This reduction in noise is based on:

- A 4 into 1 exhaust system with silencer within the engine cowling
- Careful selection of composite props, optimized for noise reduction

Construction of parts

Dyn’ Aéro also studies and manufactures on subcontracting basis structural carbon parts.

Innovation of structure:

Dyn’ Aéro is the only European company having integrated consulting and assistance in amateur building in its kits

Why always innovate?
To live

A small company cannot compete with the large ones that are theoretically more solid financially, other than by having good technological arguments.
By taste

The team forming the core of Dyn’ Aéro is quite naturally directed towards the design and the manufacture of innovating parts.

Performance

The performance obtained by the aircraft of Michel COLOMBAN and Dyn’ Aéro do not have anything miraculous. They follow logically from a neat and controlled aerodynamics (Lift increasing, high aspect ratio, large tail area, good wing profiles, etc.) and from a good control of weight.
The technological challenge could be mastered only thanks to a modern design based on the use of carbon fibre.
Aerofoil and control surfaces:
- Carbon spar, constructed in a process specifically developed by Dyn’ Aéro for competition aerobatic aircraft
- Carbon ribs
- Metal covering, glued to the underlying structure

Fuselage:

- Monocoque hull out of carbon.

Each metal or composite part constituting the plane was carefully thought out and calculated, thus allowing a weight saving by eliminating excess material
