Born in 1997, DUC HELICES company manufactures composite propellers for light aviation, from 60 hp to 180 hp. Its integrated system (engineering, production and marketing) enables to quickly reply to its customers’ needs.

35 manufacturers and trades use DUC propellers (70% of its turnover is made at the export, as well in the European Union as abroad).

The company knows a very significant development as its increase is of 35 % per year.

ATOM XTC1616 CNC cutting machine for prepreg materials :

BELOTTI TRIM2015 CNC milling machine :
• Dedicated to the trimming of plastic or composite materials,
• 5 axis head, 8 tools shop.
ZEISS MC850 CNC 3D dimensional control machine :
• Geometrical and dimensional measurement,
• Surface scanning

DUC HELICES company manufactures mainly two propellers models and accessories :

DUC SWIRL model :

• Particularity :
• Aerodynamic design integrating a constant speed effect (reduced variation of the RPM engine between static and dynamic),
• Reduced thicknesses and Inconel leading edge,
• Standard or reinforced composite structure and propeller diameter adjustable according to the power engine and the prop rotation.
Propeller adjustable on the ground.
• Propeller specially adapted to fast aircrafts in tractor or pusher configuration.
• Better effectiveness on the takeoff and in rates of rise,
• Increase of speed in cruising,

DUC FC WINDSPOON model & Particularity:

• Aerodynamic design integrating a specific contrary twist and specific blade tip,
• Reduced thicknesses,
• Standard or reinforced composite structure according to the power engine.
